New Delhi: As the Indian Premier League (IPL) kicks off tonight with the inaugural encounter between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) & Chennai Super Kings (CSK), a rare photo of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in bowling action has caught the fancy of people on social media.

In the photo, Dhoni is seen trying his hands at bowling. MSD, the hitter cum wicketkeeper has never been seen in this avatar, and hence, this transformation has left his fans amused and elated.
The franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) took to Twitter to share Dhoni’s bowling practice during the warm-up and it has created a storm, with people saluting the man with Midas touch and also showering praise on the cricketer, who doesn’t shy away from donning many hats.
