New Delhi: Pakistan stormed into T20 World Cup final on Wednesday after defeating New Zealand by 6 wickets and now awaits a fierce encounter with the second semi-finalist between India & England.
Cricket fans, both from India & Pakistan are waiting with bated breath for a possible clash between the two arch rivals in the T20 final.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Rawalpindi Express has sent good wishes to Team India ahead of all-the important clash. Shoaib Akhtar, who once spearheaded Pakistan’s bowling attack on rivals, on Thursday issued a video and said that he is waiting for the epic Pakistan-India clash.

In the video, Akhtar says, “Team India, we have reached Melbourne. Hope to see you here. All the best to you for defeating England & making way for final.”
The T20 final is set to be played at Adelaide Ovel ground in Melbourne.
Though, the former Pak pacer also took jibes at Team India and warned that Team India, if reaches final, will be taught a lesson the way much like others.
“In 1992, we thrashed Englishtaan. This year bears striking similarity with 1992 World Cup. We are raring to go. We want final against you,” Pak cricketer said, issuing a challenge of sorts to Men in Blue.
Shoaib’s hollow prediction in 2022
In the ongoing T20 World Cup, Shoaib Akhtar made an ominous prediction about India after the latter defeated Pakistan in the Group Stage.

Pakistan was staring at exit from the tournament & apparently upset over the loss, he said that Team India will be returning home in a week’s time. But, that never happened. Men in Blue ended at top of the Group Stage chart and are in much command, banking on strong performance in last matches.
