New Delhi: India’s top wrestlers have once again resumed their protest against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, accusing him of sexually harassing several athletes.
Wrestler Bajrang Punia who is also participating in theprotest said that this time, all the political parties are welcomed to join their protest. He said they are not affiliated with any political party.

The top wrestlers who had called off their protest eariler this year were given assurance that the committee would probe the allegations, but now the wrestlers said that they will remain at the protest site till police file a complaint against Brij Bhushan.

Amid protests by the wretlers, the Police has started probe into their complaint.
Delhi Police said that they also sought report from the probe committee that was set up by the Sports Ministry.
Vinesh Phogat also said that this time they will not believe anyone blindly. She said that last time thwy were misled but this time she hopes that there is no politics.
Yogeshwar Dutt, former wrestler and member of the committee also hopes that the Police will act according to their procedure.
He also said that the committee gas given its report to the ministry.
