New Delhi: Virat Kohli opens up about mental health and being down. Star Sports shared a teaser clip of a special episode of ‘Virat: Heart To Heart’, in which the former Indian captain can be seen talking about the period when he was not feeling mentally well. In the special pre-Asia Cup interview, Virat Kohli will be seen opening up about a lot of things about himself and his current form.
In the clip, Kohli can be seen talking about the first time in the last 10 years when he did not pick the bat for a month. He can be seen expressing the importance of being mentally fit to play the sport. In the episode, Kohli opens up about not surfacing his emotions and just embracing this period.

The teaser clip is a montage of moments from training in Dubai to shooting with the Asia Cup trophy. In this episode, Virat wears India’s Asia Cup jersey. Sharing the clip, the sports channel wrote, “It’s @imVkohli like you’ve never seen him before as he opens up to his fans in a special episode of Virat: Heart To Heart.”
