AUS vs PAK, Test Series: The former Pakistani skipper failed to score a single fifty plus total in any of the six innings of the series. The third and the final match of the series is being played at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

New Delhi: The former Pakistani skipper, and star player Babar Azam, has found himself making the headlines, for all the wrong reasons once again.

The seasoned Pakistani batter, who is going through a rough patch with his form for quite some time, has once again failed to score big, as he was dismissed on 23 off 52 balls in the second innings of the third test match against Australia.

The Pakistani who is yet to win a test series in Australia, had big hopes from their star batsman going into the series.

However, Babar in the series scored 21 (54), 14 (37), 1 (7), 41 (79), 26 (40) and 23 (52) in the six innings of the series he played, taking his total to, 126 (269), with a mere average of 21.

Babar, with this, has failed to score any 50+ total in a test series in Australia for the third time in a row.

As soon as Babar Azam was dismissed in the second innings of the third match against Australia by Travis Head, netizens of social media platform X (Formerly known as Twitter) filled the social media page with their take on the former Pakistani skipper, effectively sparking a meme fest.

Pakistan is in trouble after a great start

Pakistani cricket team, who walked into the third match of the series tailing 0-2, have been once again put in trouble by their batsmen, after a convincing performance by the bowlers.

Pakistan, who opted to bat first in the match, was put in early trouble as they lost their five wickets in just 96.

However, Md. Rizwan (88), Agha Salman (53) and Aamer Jamal (82), played some brilliant innings to take the first innings total to 313.

However, Pakistani bowlers helped them make a comeback in the match as they reduced the Aussie innings from 289 for 5 to 299 in just 21 deliveries.

However, the Pakistani batters once again let their fans down as by the end of Day 3, they were 68 for 7, with only 82 runs lead on the board, giving the hosts once again the upper hand in the match.
