Naveen shines as defender

Among the players, all-rounder Vijay and star raider Naveen Kumar received 14 points and 13 points, respectively, securing super 10s.

Notably, Patna had the chance to level the match score during the final stages of the match but Naveen defended Delhi very well to take home the first title for the team.

Patna players gave tough competition to Delhi in the beginning but they were seen weak in terms of their defence. Furthermore, the team had to suffer loss as Mohammadreza Shadloui and Suni committed a lot of mistakes.
