New Delhi: With a 2-0 beating at the hands of Bangladesh, Pakistan see themselves plunged into more trouble as they face the music of a fully fit English side. The tour is set to start from October 7th in Multan. Skipper Ben Stokes is set to return for the three-test tour after being sidelined in the recently concluded 2-1 win over Sri Lanka.
Meanwhile, Brydon Carse is also rumoured to be returning to the size following a betting scandal which sidelined him from cricketing action for three months. Apart from Stokes and Carse, Zak Crawley is also set to return to the squad after being sidelined from the side due to a finger injury.
While things look settled in the English camp, the Pakistani camp is surrounded by some serious problems. To begin with, the PCB is having a huge problem with the diminished infrastructural capabilities due to renovation problems. Added to that is the Masood-Babar-Shaheen conflict trio has captured the attention of pundits and former Pakistani players. Meanwhile, Babar’s batting worries continue to put the team in a tight spot.
