Having a massive watching, Jio Cinema had some buffering issues. In India, Jio Cinemas is streaming the World Cup live for free, but it cost some exciting moments for the fans.

During the game,  Ecuador skipper Enner Valencia took a brilliant penalty to score the first goal in the 16th minute of the game. Valencia took a header to put the ball into the bottom-left corner of the goalpost to extend the lead to 2-0. Ecuador had a clean sheet for the seventh consecutive game as they beat Qatar in the opening encounter at the Al Bayt Stadium.
