New Delhi: Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has stamped his entry into the apparel market as he launched his sportswear brand under the Hardik Pandya brand name in collaboration with FanCode Shop, the merchandising platform of FanCode. The news of Pandya’s collaboration comes days after his separation from Natasa Stankovic.
In the latest deal signed between Pandya and FanCode, the latter has agreed to design, manufacture and market the products under the brand name of Hardik Pandya. Moreover, according to various sources, the apparel will be first available in Mumbai and subsequently scaled up to different cities. So far the debut collection is expected to include t-shirts, vests, polos, shorts and jackets. However, Pandya dropped hints at the launch event in Mumbai that the brand will expand to different verticals in the coming years.

Hardik who already has over 20 brand endorsements has entered into the licensing market for the first time. Pandya’s adventure of entering the licensing domain follows the success stories of MSD and Virat Kohli who have launched their sportswear brands Seven and One8.

When asked about the latest venture with FanCode, Hardik Pandya remarked with a smile, “I am excited to see this come alive..” The Indian all-rounder further added that the brand has a identity similar to his which he wants to give back to the fans who have supported him through thick and thin.
On the other hand, Yannick Colaco, the co-founder of FanCode was thrilled to bring Hardik on board. Yannick remarked, “We are thrilled to bring the Hardik Pandya brand to everyone.” Colaco went on to add that he is hopeful that the brand will not only be cherished by fitness athletes but also by young fans and admirers.
Hardik Pandya who has been recently in the news due to all the wrong reasons seems to have finally found a positive direction to his career. Naturally, this news brings a smile to all his fans and admirers across the world that their champion is finally smiling.
