IND vs SL 3rd ODI Updates: Virat Kohli, Mohammed Siraj power India to 3-0 series victory

With the World Cup this year, India has been doing well and has managed to find a few answers in the course of this series.

New Delhi: India won the ODI series 3-0 and that too in style with a 317-run victory in Thiruvananthapuram. Virat Kohli played an impact inning to score 166* off 110, which marks his 46th ODI ton, while Shubman Gill scored his second.

India was clinical with the ball as Mohammed Siraj again delivered in the powerplay. He used the movement and got early edges to finish with 32/4. Mohammed Shami and Kuldeep Yadav also assisted with two wickets each to get Sri Lanka all out for 73.

Virat Kohli’s inning was special not just for his records, but also because he hit eight sixes in the inning, which is his highest.
