New Delhi: Mahendra Singh Dhoni once again proved himself to be the greatest cricketer of all times and the new skipper of Chennai Super Kings with his heartwarming gesture made it pretty clear. When it comes to finishing off in style, Dhoni tops the list. Chennai Super Kings’ encounter with Mumbai Indians took an astonishing turn.
CSK needed 17 runs in the last over and Dhoni secured the maximum by smashing a couple of boundaries to help Chennai win their second match in IPL 2022. Ending on an amazing note, the former skipper was greeted by his teammates including current captain Jadeja who doffed his hat and bowed to him extending respect towards the veteran.
Jadeja’s gesture did not go unnoticed with IPL fans praising the all-rounder for showcasing genuine gratitude for Dhoni. Besides, Ambati Rayudu can also be seen folding hands, doing ‘namaste’ to Dhoni in the now viral video.
