New Delhi: Indian Premier League is underway and BCCI has announced the schedule for the tournament. IPL 2023 will begin March 31 with the defending champions Gujarat Titans clashing with Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium at 7:30 pm IST. 70 league matches will be played across 12 venues, with the last league stage game to be played on May 21, while the finals will be played on May 28 in Ahmedabad.

10 teams are divided into two groups, Group A includes MI, RR, KKR, DC and LSG while Group B includes CSK, PBKS, SRH, RCB and GT. The much-anticipated clash between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings will take place on April 8 and May 6.

IPL schedule

All the teams will play seven home and seven away games during the group stage. The tournament will go on for 52 days. The 12 venues for IPL 2023 are as follows: Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Delhi, Bengaluru, Mohali, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Guwahati and Dharamsala.
