
New Delhi: Lionel Messi Announces retirement, he confirmed that Sunday (December 18) match will be the last game for his country.
Messi confirmed about his retirement while speaking to Argentine media outlet Diario Deportivo Ole after Argentina’s win.
He said Sunday’s game will be the last game for the South American giants.
It was because of him that Argentina reached the FIFA World Cup final by defeating Croatia in the first semifinal on Tuesday night (Wednesday IST).
Messi said, he feels happy that he will be finishing his World Cup journey by playing his last game in the FIFA World cup final.
