With 7 Ballon d’Or, Golden Ball in the 2014 World Cup, a Copa America win and various other laurels, only the World Cup trophy was missing from Messi’s cabinet and now his dream has come true. In the game, Messi scored off a penalty and Angel Di Maria scored a spectacular goal in the first half to give Argentina a lead. Kylian Mbappe scored two back-to-back goals to level the score in the second half.
