New Delhi: Former Indian cricket captain, MS Dhoni, is no stranger to the limelight, with a massive fan following and a revered status in the country. 

However, recent events have reignited the debate on celebrity privacy, as a video of Dhoni sleeping on a flight surfaced on the internet, stirring mixed reactions from netizens.

The 22-second clip captures Dhoni peacefully napping on a flight while his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, sits beside him. Unbeknownst to Sakshi, an air hostess can be seen slyly recording the sleeping cricketer, sporting a wide grin. The video was shared on Twitter by a user with the handle “@ChakriDhoni17” and quickly gained attention.

Opinions on the video were divided, with some users expressing concerns about the invasion of Dhoni’s privacy and calling for respect for his personal life. “Pl don’t intrude the peace on the private life of a Very popular public figure. We must show respect for his life,” one user commented. Another person emphasized the importance of seeking consent before recording anyone. “You make a video of anyone; it is necessary to ask that person,” they wrote in Hindi.

However, not all reactions were critical, as some users defended the air hostess’s actions and believed that Dhoni would not be bothered by them. “I’m sure Dhoni would not mind it…he’s way above all this…and for an air hostess flying most of the time…such moments are what make their day…cheers!!
