New Year 2024: From Sachin Tendulkar to KL Rahul, check out how the Indian cricket stars wished the New Year to their fans

Several Indian cricketers took on their social media handles to wish the New Year to their fans.

New Delhi: The year of 2023 is finally a thing of the past, as the year of 2024 has made its grand welcome all around the world.

One of the first things everyone does as soon as the clock strikes midnight is to wish their loved ones a ‘Happy New Year.’

While the common people wish their close aids first, celebrities often take out time to wish a propitious New Year to their fans.

Notably, a number of former and current Indian cricket stars took on their X (Formerly Known as Twitter) page to send a message of love after midnight.

Cricketers message

The god of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar, was one of the first to wish his fans a very happy New Year in his own sweet and elegant style.

Former Indian southpaw Suresh Raina also took on his social media handle to wish the fans, pointing out them to have good and opportunistic New Year.

The Indian women’s team vice-captain and fan favourite, Smriti Mandhana, posted a simple but sweet message for her fans.

The former Indian opener, Wasim Jaffar, also wished his fans a happy New Year in his own comical manner.

Indian cricket team player KL Rahul, who scored a magnificent century a few days ago and is currently travelling with the Indian team on their South African tour, also took on X (Formerly known as Twitter), to wish his fans back home a Happy New Year.

Indian middle-order batsman Ajinkya Rahane posted a picture with his family, along with a message for New Year, wishing his fans.

Indian player and Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson also posted a picture with his wife, along with wishes of New Year for his fans, on his Instagram page.
