New Delhi: Soccer enthusiasts can now enter Qatar even without holding tickets from December 2 onwards following the group stage clashes in the forthcoming FIFA WC 2022, informed state's interior ministry. Jabr Hammoud Jabr al-Nuaimi, interior ministry spokesperson told the media on Thursday that individuals who do not have a ticket will be able to travel to the Middle Eastern country post the conclusion of group stage matches commencing from December 2 onwards. Travellers who wish to visit the nation without a ticket will need to apply for a Hayya card, which will work as an entry pass to get into the stadiums wherein the much-speculated World Cup clashes are set to take place. He further told that the Hayya card will also provide one with free access to transportation services in the city including the metro and buses.
