PKL 10: Bengal Warriors runs through Patna Pirates to go top of the table, check out the complete points table

Warriors clinched a huge victory of 18 runs against the three time champions Patna Pirates.

New Delhi: Pro Kabaddi League, season 10, after ten days of exhilarating action, has finally got their new table toppers in the form of Bengal Warriors.

There was only one match scheduled for Tuesday night at the Shree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru, with two undefeated teams of the season, Patna Pirates and Bengal Warriors, locking horns with each other.

The match was expected to be a close fight, but to everyone’s disappointment, it turned out to be a one-sided affair in favour of the Warriors.

At the beginning of the match, the Pirates were the dominant side, quickly getting a 6-point lead over the Warriors.

But Nitin Kumar’s super raid in the eighth minute turned the tides in favour of the Warriors.

Pirates tried to make a comeback, but the Warriors’ all-round performance helped them close the game with a score line of 60-42, in the Warriors’ favour, sending them to the helm of the points table.

The match will be remembered as one of the best games for the Raiders, as a total of five Super-10s were completed in the match. Three for the Warriors and two for the Pirates.

Wednesday will be the last day of the Bengaluru leg, with Tamil Thalaivas taking on the Telugu Titans in the first match while Bengaluru Bulls taking on the defending champions Jaipur Pink Panthers.
