New Delhi: The tenth season of Mashal Sports backed Pro Kabaddi League season 10, will begin on Saturday, December 10, with Gujrat Titans taking on the Telugu Titans at the TransStadia Arena in Ahmedabad.
Over the 10 years, PKL has seen a number of new talents rise, from Rahul Chaudhary in season 1 to Pradeep Narwal in season 3 to Naveen Kumar in season 8, and there has been at least one new name every season who becomes a fan favourite from being unknown a season before.

However, there are some names who continue to perform exceptionally well over the seasons to turn from a star to a legend, a name that no PKL fan can ever forget. These players are often expected to play well and be the backbone of their team even before the season starts.

The raider from Haryana was under the radar till the second season with Bengaluru Bulls, but when he signed with Patna Pirates in season 3, his journey to become a legend started.
In his PKL career, Pardeep Narwal has played a total of 153 and has 1577 raid points under his name. He is also the raider with the highest number of raid points in PKL history.
Pardeep was the main reason behind Patna’s three back-to-back trophies. He was later signed by UP Yoddhas in 2021 and will represent them in season 10.

Pawan Sehrawat is one of those names who lit up the PKL mats with his athletics and impressive playing style. Being considered as the successor to Pradeep, Sehrawat has now made a name of his own.
Pawan has scored a total of 1037 raid points in 105 matches and is one of the best ever to set foot on a PKL mat.
Telugu Titans bought Pawan in the 2023 auction and will be seen donning their jersey in season 10.

Naveen Kumar, also known as the ‘Naveen Express’, is one of the best-rising talents PKL has ever seen.
In his short but impactful career, Naveen has scored 948 raid points in 85 matches and was a huge asset in Dabang Delhi’s title win in season 8.
Delhi retained Naveen and will be representing them once again in season 10.

Fazel Atrachali, also known as ‘Sultan’, is the most successful defender in PKL history. He also came to light during the Patna Pirates triple title run and was their main defender in two of those three title wins.
Fazal has 428 tackle points in 146 matches, which is more than anyone else in the league.
Gujrat Giants bought Fazel in the 2023 auction and will be seen representing them in season 10.
2] Surjeet Singh (BB)
The Indian defender is well known for his leadership skills along with his defending skills, which automatically makes him a huge asset for any team he plays with.
The veteran Indian has accumulated a total of 363 tackle points in 127 matches and is one of the most successful defenders of the league.
Surjeet Singh will be seen playing for Bengaluru Bulls in season 10.
