Tamil Thalaivas became the first team of Pro Kabaddi League, season 10, who failed to win any home leg match.

New Delhi: Leg four of the Pro Kabaddi League, season 10, has come to an end and in a shocking turn of events for the home fans, their team failed to secure a single win in the entire home leg.

On the last day of leg four, Chennai’s SDAT Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium hosted two important matches between Jaipur Pink Panthers and Dabang Delhi KC, and also between Tamil Thalaivas and Gujarat Giants.

In the first match of the day, the defending champions Jaipur Pink Panthers took on the Dabang Delhi KC in a bid to go higher in the points table.

However, the Naveen Kumar-led Dabang Delhi, despite struggling in the early phases of the tournament, have regained the form and were not ready to go down either.

After 40 minutes of intense action, the match between Delhi and Jaipur ended in a 32-32 draw, registering the fourth draw of the season.

Arjun Deshwal (13 raid points) and Ankush (7 tackle points), were starts for the Panthers, while Ashu Malik (7 raid points) and Mohit (3 tackle points) were the heroes for Delhi.

In the second match of the day, Tamil Thalaivas took on the Gujarat Giants in a bid to secure their first win in their home leg, but Fazel Atrachali-led Gujarat Giants were in no mood for sympathy as their crushed Thalaivas’s dreams by defeating them 33-30, in last match of the Chennai leg.

HS Rakesh (9 raid points) and Sombir (4 tackle points), were the heroes for the Giants on Wednesday.

Pro Kabaddi League season 10 will have a break on Thursday before the action resumes on Friday with its fifth leg in Noida.
