This is good news for his fans as the cricketer was not able to walk without the support, but has crossed a crucial stage on his path to recovery. Pant met a horrific accident on December 30 after his car collided with a road divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway. He suffered brutal injuries and was rushed to the hospital by passers-by. He underwent surgeries and the injuries indicated that he will not be able to get to the field for an indefinite period of time. This meant he had to miss the IPL 2023 and also the crucial finals of the World Test Championship.
