New Delhi: Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant shared a health update in the form of a video, where he can be seen walking without the crutches. This is good news for his fans as the cricketer was not able to walk without the support, but has crossed a crucial stage on his path to recovery.

The video shows Pant passing the crutch to his trainer and walking without support. Sharing the video, the cricketer wrote, “Happy no more crutches day.”

His colleagues and teammates showered love in the comment section and congratulated him for his recovery. Suryakumar Yadav commented, “Spidey is back,” Hardik Pandya, Mohammed Siraj, Krunal Pandya, and Kuldeep Yadav also posted emojis in the comment section.

The cricketer was also seen playing table tennis at the NCA, Bengaluru.

Rishabh Pant, who met a near-fatal road accident, was spotted visiting Delhi Capitals’ training session in Bengaluru during their IPL game with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. He also came to support DC in their first game of the tournament.

Pant has been sharing regular health updates for his fans and previously he was seen walking in a swimming pool with the help of a crutch.

Pant met a horrific accident on December 30 after his car collided with a road divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway. He suffered brutal injuries and was rushed to the hospital by passers-by. He underwent surgeries and the injuries indicated that he will not be able to get to the field for an indefinite period of time. This meant he had to miss the IPL 2023 and also the crucial finals of the World Test Championship.
