New Delhi: Delhi Capitals’ former skipper Rishabh Pant paid a visit to his team in Bengaluru ahead of their game against Royal Challengers Bangalore. He joined the team as players took part in training and was seen interacting with them. Indian Premiere League shared glimpses from his visit on their official Twitter handle.

In the pictures, Pant can be seen in a white T-shirt, smiling while interacting with Axar Patel and others. He stood out of the ground with security and ground officials while his teammates practiced for their game.

Rishabh Pant, who was severely injured in a road accident, also visited his teammates to watch their game against Gujarat Titans at the Arun Jaitley Stadium last week. During the game, he was seen with a heavily strapped right knee as he sat with the franchise owners as a spectator. He also interacted with the players in the dressing room after their loss against GT.

Pant has been sharing videos of his progress on social media. Making a comeback on screen, the wicketkeeper-batter featured in an advertisement for Zomato.

The cricketer suffered a near-fatal accident Delhi-Dehradun highway on December 30. His car was found in flames while he was taken out with the help of some passersby. He underwent multiple surgeries and is currently on his path to recovery.

The Capitals have lost four games in a row while their last game against MI was a final ball thriller. They will look to open their account on the points table as they face RCB on April 15 at 3:30 pm at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
