New Delhi: Two teams with contrasting fortunes- Spain and France will lock horns at the Allianz Arena in Munich for a ticket to the finals. While Spain has been in red-hot form, scoring goals at will to make the Euros enticing. On the other hand, for France, it seems that Didier Deschamps is riding on his luck as he reached the semifinals of a major tournament without hitting an open goal.
However, Deschamps’ boys will face the biggest test in their semis as they face an in-form Spanish team. The question is can Les Bleus finally pull off a successful heist after the World Cup scare that they gave to Argentina back in 2022?

The Spanish side is coming off after winning a nail-biter against Germany. However, head coach Luis de la Fuente has a lot of problems on his plate to deal with. The first and foremost is the suspension of two important players at the back- Dani Carvajal and Robin Le Normand.
While Carvajal received a red card towards the fag end of the game against Germany, Le Normand will miss the action owing to an accumulation of yellow cards. In place of Carvajal, 38-year-old Jesús Navas is expected to make his first start in the Euro 2024.
