New Delhi: After all the Urvashi-Pant banter, netizens took it to Urvashi-Naseem. Bollywood actor and model Urvashi Rautela was present in the stadium during the India-Pakistan game on September 4. She, reportedly, followed Naseem on social media but unfollowed after the bowler said he is unaware of her.
In the video shared by Urvashi, she could be seen enjoying the India-Pakistan clash and there were some glimpses of Naseem Shah in the video with Atif Aslam’s ‘Koi Tujhko Na Mujhse Chura Le’ playing in the background. Even though the actor later deleted the clip, the reel went on the internet.
The topic heated and Naseem Shah was even asked about the Indian actor, to which he replied that he just focuses on the game and does not know Urvashi. He said, “I am smiling at your question. I don’t know who Urvashi is. I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect.”

Later, Urvashi posted an Instagram story and gave clarity on it. She said that the video shared by her team was just a fan-made ‘cute edit’.
Netizens were quick to discover that the actor was following the Pakistani pacer on social media and unfollowed after the incident. There were many memes circulating around this whole Urvashi-Naseem incident.
In that game, Naseem Shah took the wicket of Deepak Hooda and went for runs in his quota of four overs. The bowler ended up with the figures of 45/1 in the game. Pakistan won the game after chasing a score of 181. The team will face Sri Lanka in the finals of the tournament on September 11.
