New Delhi: Cricketer Axar Patel tied the knot to his girlfriend Meha Patel on January 26 in a Gujarati-style wedding. Pictures and videos from the wedding night are making rounds on the internet. The couple, who has been dating for a long time, engaged in January 2022 and Axar took a break from his cricketing duties to marry Meha a year after they exchanged rings.

Who is Meha Patel?
Born in Nadiad, Meha is a dietitian and nutritionist by profession. She is also an online diet and health consultant and also runs an Instagram page, where she shares her knowledge of healthy food and workout. She has more than 29K followers on her personal account.

Meha Patel is quite popular on social media and often shares pictures with her boyfriend turned husband Axar Patel. She also has a tattoo of ‘Aksh’ on her right arm. The couple also owns a dog named Gucci Patel.
The wedding
The couple tied the knot in Vadodara and Jaydev Unadkat and other Gujarat and Saurashtra cricketers were also present there. The haldi and mehendi functions were done a day before and like his teammate KL Rahul, Axar too had a hasty yet huge wedding function.

Axar took a break for ‘family reasons’ along with KL Rahul as they missed the ODI and T20I series against New Zealand. They will be joining the Indian team for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia.
