The apex court also summoned chief secretaries of Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to appear before it on stubble burning and pollution issue.

To combat the menace of air pollution, the government of Delhi's Odd-Even Scheme has also commenced today. It is scheduled to conclude on November 14.

"We want specific timelines from Punjab, Haryana government and from Central government that by when they will put a stop on stubble burning activity,"said Kejriwal while addressing press conference
