New Delhi: Streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar started showing an error on February 17 and people are complaining that the OTT service is down. Different errors can be witnessed in both the app and the website. While fans were eager to watch the second Test in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy and ‘The Night Manager’, the streaming platform faced some backend issues.
Disney+ Hotstar is showing PB-4000, NM 4000 and MN 1002 errors, which also indicate that the server might not be able to detect the users’ location and there are some backend issues to be resolved. The app is showing a blank screen while the website cannot be reached.
The service outage began around 12 pm and the cricket fans complained that they were not able to see the high-voltage clash between India and Australia after the first session. The platform also has the rights for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup and the Ranji Trophy finals, which means cricket fans are missing a lot of action today.
