From OnePlus 11 to Vivo X90: Check 5 smartphones launching in January 2023

Big mobile phone brands such as Vivo, Redmi and OnePlus are ready to launch their new smartphones in January 2023.

New Delhi: As we welcome 2023, it is the right time to extend the joy of the holiday season and go gadget shopping. Big mobile phone brands such as Vivo, Redmi and OnePlus are ready to launch their new smartphones in January 2023. Even Vivo’s subsidiary IQOO is also coming up with a new phone this month.

Here is a list of 5 smartphones set to be launched this month, along with their features and launch date:

1. OnePlus 11

OnePlus is ready to release its new smartphone, which will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The phone will have a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 3D curved display with a 5,000mAh battery. OnePlus, which is popular for its camera quality, is expected to give a 50MP triple back camera and a 16MP front cam. The smartphone will launch in India on February 7, however, the official unveiling happened in China on January 4.

2. Redmi Note 12 Series

Redmi is coming up with yet another mid-range smartphone series that is expected to do well in India. The Redmi Note 12 series is expected to have a 120Hz AMOLED display. The phone will have Dolby Vision support and is expected to fast charge in just 15 minutes. The starting price for the smartphone is Rs 17,999 and was launched on January 4.

3. IQOO 11 Series

IQOO, parent company Vivo, is launching the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship chipset. The iQOO 11 will have a 6.78-inch LTPO4 AMOLED 2K+ display with up to 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The smartphone will launch on January 10 in India.

4. Motorola Edge 40 Series

Edge 40 series by Motorola is expected to have a 6.65-inch full HD+ curved OLED display. The starting model will have a 4,600mAh battery with 125W rapid charging. The starting price for Edge 40 is Rs 27,990 and is expected to launch by January 22.

5. Vivo X90

Vivo is set to launch X90 and  X90 Pro+ with a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display and will be powered by the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. It is expected to have quad rear cameras and a 32MP front camera. The phone is already launched in China and will reportedly be launched in India on January 31.
