How Does Truecaller Assistant Work?
Currently available only for Android devices, users can download the Truecaller app and instantly access the Assistant if they already have the app installed. When receiving a call, users can simply tap on the “Assistant” option to utilize the service. Alternatively, if the user is away from their phone, the Assistant will automatically answer the call after a few rings.
Upon answering the call, the Assistant will greet the caller and leverage advanced speech-to-text technology to identify the caller’s identity and the purpose of the call. Real-time details are then made available to the user, allowing them to decide whether to take the call or not.
