There are some who will always be in a hurry to stay safe with their relationships but exude an impatient streak of nervousness that elicits a stress that touches everything around them. When we realise the nature of our mind , it is unexpectedly ordinary , yet we are all complicated beings. Spiritual truth is that we are all ordinary, simple, calm and controlled but we end up spending a major part of our life peeling away the layers of confusion that lead us to hurry and stress. We have to simply come to a point where we are slowly moving away from delusions and stay with life changing situations which manifest to keep us on the track and healing.
