In the modern world there is a behaviour pattern of the human race which embodies the qualities of a thinking mind which enlightens. We must look into the nature of our mind, and connect to the fact that we have to be free of fear to live well in the now. To live without the fear of death and to be safe with the knowledge that we are fully connecting to the truth of our own fallibility. Looking into the heart needs a lot of courage to be able to shift our attitude and resurrect gratitude for this life in the now. We are all addicted to looking at what others are doing and we are afraid that what we will find in our own hearts may have the power to terrify us. Some of us are always checking with others on how we come across to them, as we are even unsure of our own capabilities and our ability to communicate love to all the others. Be silent and listen in this world of distraction and heal on. Healing hugs of new perceptions. Love from the golden river of our real nature.
