My meditation!
The introduction to the mind and the unification of all minds in this world, connected and simultaneously healing; brings us together and connected to the enormity of the healing networks. A healer’s mind is always awake to the need of the hour, healing all, the tempted, the depressed, the grateful and the needy. We must keep purifying the heart and fill it with the light of love. Become one with the light, and know that you can walk straight through the door into the garden of your heart, unobstructed. Resting more and more effortlessly in the light, rejoice in your everyday life, knowing that you have been able to grow spiritually. Loving the self and healing all the daily conditions and moving the self into positive dimensions. Affirm-“I effortlessly heal to reach the highest level of light in this meditation and pick and bring back the fruits of good karma.” Repeat 7 times.
Everything that you think of in this moment is being healed and you are spreading the white, violet and gold light in its full glory to one and all. Remain in the centre of this light. Healing hugs from the enlightened heart. Love from the ocean of intelligent minds.
