As the month comes to an end and the middle of the navratri puja brings us deep luminosity, we all move towards the protective shield of light that bonds us together forever. Continuous patterns of heart consciousness unfold the light of sharing your spiritual heart with others. Sometimes we practice meditation to communicate better with the inner heart and sometimes to just become more mindful of our and others needs. The very moment we take a break from our routine and begin to relax into the silence and the solitude, we awaken to the voice of our intuitive heart. We must learn to listen well and speak with our heart open and friendly. Take this lesson from all the meditative encounters of the heart with all the messages of the month. Be mindful of whatever you do today, and do not lose your natural instincts of sharing and caring. Be more in focus, be alert, gradually let the meditation and your life experiences become one. The barriers will dissolve and in the process you will increase your confidence and presence in your world. There is no substitute for daily healing and meditation and it should be part of your everyday life. Allow the healing meditation benefits to infiltrate your heart and mind and be positive for your life. Solidify your experience and live through your expectations.
