Water!
As you gently begin to read this passage, your imagination begins to think of all the water bodies that you have had the pleasure to see, visit, experience. Today let’s connect to the fluid experience of your soul self.
Some sources say that in all the universes we feel as if we are being swept away by a huge river and yet some say that it feels like we are gently swimming in an ocean. Whatever comes up in your consciousness or in your imagination in the now is what you are most connected to.
The water element is always nurturing you with the gentle healing nectar cascading through your vital nadis. (The Sushumna – the central channel in line with your spine, the Ida on the left of the Sushumna is the moon channel and the pingala on the right of the Sushumna is the sun channel).
This energy flows as a honey like liquid golden light. Allow this light to flow through your body igniting the inner cellular structure of your cells , filling them with this rejuvenating energy of liquid gold. Affirm “I am created by the highest healing power to access the highest intelligence to live where the light lives.” Repeat x7 times
Submerged in the nectar of devotion, part of the creation, part of the innumerable material universes, scattered all over the material sky like sand granules, shining like awakened spiritual sparks, illuminating and enlightening each other. Stay and enjoy the vastness of the healing light.
