Meditation- Ocean of light.
You are standing under the light of immense effulgence and joy. You feel the impulse and thrust of the light cleansing your aura body, and all impurities in your aura are being washed away now. Flowing into the ocean of light, participating with you and your aura in the now. You see the rainbow colours of light dancing in your aura and infiltrating into your chakras to invigorate your heart and your desires. Any energy that is not beneficial to you is being washed away and transformed and you are being healed. Your aura is now completely drenched with the rainbow lights and cleansed to receive the divine light, and healed; you move on. Your emotions are feeling calm and serene and your healing hands full of the light of strength and forgiveness. It is time to share the light with others through thought. Think of all that you want to heal in the now. Bring your awareness back to this moment with a surge of rainbow lights spreading through your home and the auras of your loved ones. Be in an attitude of gratitude. Healing hugs of a new kind. Love from the soul of the rainbow lights.
