Meditation – Four.
You are breathing in the peace and solitude in this moment and on the out breath you are breathing out the expansion of clarity and intelligence. You are seeing the space around you filled with clouds. The white and golden clouds are floating around you and making you feel supported and comforted. As you continue to focus on the clouds they bring you positive energies and as they move away they take your love for this world to others, leaving you feeling better and happier. Bring your attention to your mind and affirm:
“I am filled with calmness, peace and success.”
Repeat this three times and gently move to a strong positive spiritual heart consciousness where there is a great need to restore peace, calmness and success in your world. Bring yourself to a space of immense intelligence as you see the clouds entering your body to reignite intelligence and wisdom for you and your world. With gratitude see the clouds moving in and out of your body with your breath flowing through your heart. Thank this moment and know that you and your world are healed. See beautiful rain falling and bringing calmness and peace. Stay drenched in this moment with the light. Healing hugs of beauty. Love from the reservoir of knowledge and illumination.
