Meditation. -Six.
Think of a situation where you need to protect yourself, to stand up for yourself, to stop someone from taking advantage of your fragility . Perhaps there is someone who is imposing their views upon you. Recall the situation or situations that you want to heal into your mind. Pay attention to the event / situation and not so much on the people involved. Focus. On the harm? What is going on? Or what could have transpired?
Allow yourself to feel the pain and the anguish that you have been silently suffering. Then see a serpentine river of rainbow coloured eyes open up upon you. These eyes are able to see the source of the pain that even you cannot. The anguish and the hurt, the fear and the trauma, the anger and the helplessness. See them all becoming attracted to the eyes, the eyes almost attracting them like magnets. Then there is a magical burst of light. The eyes blink together and then there is only beautiful diamond like brilliance. You are drenched in this refreshing river. Which flows in to replenish and replace all the dark energies that were healed . The eyes have returned to the source as the work is done. Stay in the vortex of this brilliant light and request it to heal your life , your personality, your people, your world. Know that there is nothing wrong in your mind and heart anymore. Healing hugs of deep silent light. Love from the Heart of Hanumanji!
