First we have to align with the sensations of love and light, then focus on sensations of love rather than thinking, then feel the Universal life force enlightening every atom, molecule and cell of our body with vibrant sensations. This is when the patterns of love and compassion allow us all to become peaceful, serene, at ease with the breath of life, grounded, secure, wholesome and experiencing ourselves as perfect loving beings. As we welcome the sensations, we begin to feel the responses of love that we receive from the external world. Activating our immune system, recording positive karma on our soul blue print and engaging in the serenity of love and light, we tread the path of life with confidence. Eventually controlling our responses into the external world and experiencing life and its effects on our heart self. Connected with the world and the self, we access the deep benefits and share them with the world. Let’s develop a relationship together with the universe around us and with sensations, vibrations and observations locate ourselves in space and time. Healing hugs of this time. Love from all those other times.
