The Retreat Begins!

Find a comfortable place, seated and with your shoulders supported with a back rest and your spine straight. Relax. Take a few deep breaths and centre yourself. Close your eyes briefly to visualise a platinum and greenish-gold sphere of light surrounding you, empowering you and supporting your every positive thought, intention and affirmation. As you open your eyes to read further, know that you are interacting with the energies of the retreat and being healed in this moment.
Repeat each affirmation three times to gather the complete energies.
1) The gentle healing energies remove all my negativity and enhance my spiritual strength, filling my soul with a sense of tranquillity and peace.
2)I am connected to the healing powers of the oceans of light from the retreat, and I immerse myself in their vast depth, and I know they cleanse my spirit, my mind and my soul.
3) I am a part of the vibrant life force energies flowing from the retreat. I engage with the light, I blossom into my fullest potential, and I simply remain in the realm of light, healing all.
The quiet solitude, the powerful opportunity and the silent rivers of platinum and green and gold cascading through your arteries and veins are enriching your life. Embrace this time of illumination and remain grateful to the light and the sharing of these opulent energies. Stay in this light and rejoice. Healing hugs of transforming illumination and enlightenment. Love from the ocean of silent reform and solace.
