New Delhi: The last Lunar Eclipse or the Chandra Grahan of 2022 will be visible on November 8, following which the next total Eclipse will be visible on March 14, 2025. This Lunar eclipse or the Chandra Grahan is also known as Blood Moon.
It is known as the Blood moon because during this period the Moon passes into the darkest part of the Earth’s shadow during this time turning red in color.
To see or observe the eclipse one doesn’t require any special equipment.
However, people use telescopes, and binoculars to observe it properly.
In India, the Chandra Grahan, or the last lunar eclipse of the year will be visible in the eastern parts of the country, and the rest of the states will see the partial Eclipse.
