Tata opens Nexon Facelift’s bookings ahead of official launch, know its expected price, design, engine, specs & more

Excepted to be launched in a price range between 8-15 lakh (ex-showroom), Nexon facelift is anticipated to compete with a number of mid-range SUV’s including Kia Sonet, Nissan Magnite, Hyundai Venue, Renault Kiger, Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Brezza.

New Delhi: Bookings for Nexon 2023’s latest model facelift are finally made available by TATA Motors on 4 September. The second facelift of the new model, scheduled for its launch on 14 September, was uncovered over the weekend.

The Brand new Nexon 2023 comes with an even bigger 10:25-inch touchscreen along with a newly introduced two-spoke steering wheel. A split headlamp setup paired with consecutively placed LED DRL signatures is also one of the standout features of the new Facelift model.

Besides that, the facelift model also has a number of safety features including six airbags, three-point, seat belts for every seat, and ISOFIX.

Nexon 2023’s new Design very much resembles the design we see in the TATA Harrier EV concept and Curvv.

As per TATA’s brochure, Nexon 2023’s reverse lamps have been shifted to its bumpers as the vehicle with a wide full-length LED Bar having the TATA motor’s logo placed at the rear of the car.

It is important to note here that although the details of Tata Nexon facelift’s EV model are yet to be revealed, Its petrol and diesel variants will have Rovotron 1.2-litre turbocharged 120PS/170Nm petrol engine and Revotroq 1.5 Liter (115PS/260Nm diesel engine respectively.

The same engines were also placed in the vehicle’s original model which was also the first Indian vehicle to receive a 5-star rating from Global NCAP for its exceptional crash test performance. Nexon Facelift’s ground clearance, which is 208mm, has also been left untampered and is still the same as its predecessor models.
