Elon Musk takes dig at Bill Gates with ‘pregnant man’ emoji; Here’s why Musk is unhappy with Gates

One of the reasons for Musk’s anger is that previously the former Microsoft tried shortening his Tesla stock positions worth half a million, which could have pushed Tesla’s stock prices downwards.

New Delhi: Apart from being known as the Billionaire investor-inventor, Elon Musk is popular for his quirky tweet on Twitter. This morning, Elon Musk again grabbed the limelight as he took swipe at Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates by sharing an eyebrow-raising post on Twitter.

Tesla Inc. chief took to Twitter to share a collage of Bill Gates and an emoji of a man with fat belly. He captioned the image saying, “in case you need to lose a boner fast.”

Although we don’t know what he meant by ‘loosing a boner fast,’ it is evident that the world’s richest man is upset with Bill Gates. We have cumulated some reasons and here are they:

Elon Musk’s tweet takes a dig at Bill Gates over his alleged affair with a Microsoft employee which led to getting a divorce from his wife, Melinda Gates.

One of the reasons for Musk’s anger is that previously the former Microsoft tried shortening his Tesla stock positions worth half a million, which could have pushed Tesla’s stock prices downwards.

A Twitter user ‘Whole Mars Catalog’ has shared screenshots of a purported conversation between Musk and Gates. The user claimed that apparently, Bill Gates had texted Elon Musk to discuss “philanthropy” on climate change. However, Elon Musk had confronted Gates, asking whether he still had a half-billion short positions on Tesla stocks.

The screenshots show a text message from Bill Gates congratulating Elon Musk on the success of SpaceX. To which Musk responded that whether Gates still had a half-billion-dollar short position against Tesla.

To this, Gates confirmed, “Sorry to say, I haven’t closed it out.” By this, he meant that he still holds a considerable short position on Tesla, which could disrupt Tesla’s stock prices.

Further, Gates stated that he wants to discuss “philanthropy possibilities.” The angry Musk responded that he cannot take his philanthropy activities on climate change seriously when he is suffering a massive short position against Tesla, the company doing the most to solve Climate Change.

Twitter also tagged Elon Musk to confirm whether it was true. To his Musk responded, “Yeah, but I didn’t leak it to NYT. They must have got it through friends of friends. I heard from multiple people at TED that Gates still had half a billion short against Tesla, which is why I asked him, so it’s not exactly top secret.”

Moreover, Musk also managed to call out Twitter which he has been trying to take over. In the tweet, he trolled Gates, responded by saying the “shadow ban council” reviewing the tweet.

Elon Musk was referring to the clandestine function of Twitter where it has the propensity to limit the reach of tweets and opinions that they seem to disagree with.
