
COVID-19 recovery rate in India at 41.61 pc, fatality rate among lowest in world: MoHFW
New Delhi: Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary of Union Health Ministry, has tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday.
He was also the face of Centre’s breifings on Coronavirus, as he addressed media on Covid-19 containment strategy on regular basis before heading to hotspots regions as part of Central team.
In a tweet, Agarwal informed that he has detected positive for the virus and said that he is under home isolation as per COVID-19 guidelines. He also appealed to all his colleagues to self-monitor themselves.
