New Delhi: It was expected that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the results of the term 1 examination of classes 10 and 12 on Saturday, January 15. However, the sources from the education board informed that the result declaration has been delayed.

As per a report by the Times of India, the delay has come owing to the recent Covid-19 curbs due to which the offices have been closed amidst the spike in coronavirus cases, resulting in slowing down of the evaluation process.

Though, it is likely that the education board will now release the scorecards of the students next week, though CBSE has not made any official announcement yet.
