RRB NTPC CBT-2 exam 2022 dates released; read more updates here

The exam dates for the Computer-based Test (RRB NTPC CBT-2) 2019 have been announced by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).

New Delhi: The exam dates for the Computer-based Test (RRB NTPC CBT-2) 2019 have been announced by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). Candidates can visit rrbcdg.gov.in for more information regarding the exam. The exam will be held in a single phase, starting from February 15 and ending on February 19, 2022.

There are six levels of the 7th CPC and each level will be held in a separate second stage CBT. It is reported that a common 2nd stage CBT will be taken for all posts falling within the same level of 7th CPC.

Candidates can download the admit cards 4 days prior to the exam date mentioned in the exam city and the date intimation link. However, candidates who come under SC/ST category will be able to check the link for viewing the exam city and date and downloading of traveling authority before the other candidate.

As per the notice on the official website, the SC/ST candidates can check all RRB websites for the above detail on February 3, 2022.

A candidate who is appearing for CBT-2 for different levels and on different dates will have different admit cards for each level/date. The Board has said that candidates will be allowed to give all their exams in the same city. However, the exam center would be changed in the city for different exams.

‘’Each candidate will have a common city intimation slip,’’ reads the notice further.

As good news for candidates, the board has decided to increase the total number of vacancies for the NTPC 2019 recruitment. The Board’s notification said that 10% vacancies of the total vacancies will be reserved for Ex-Servicemen. The notification can be viewed on the official website – rrbald.gov.in.

Notably, the Board has asked all candidates to bring their original Aadhaar card. In the exam center, all candidates will have to complete Aadhaar linked Biometric authentication before entering the exam hall.
