UPTET Result 2021 to be announced on April 8; Check how to download result

New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) will be declaring the final result of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2021 tomorrow, that is, April 8. Besides, the UPTET 2021 answer key will be released today. The examination was held on January 23, 2022.

The result will be available on their official website. Notably, the answer key was said to be released by the Examination Regulatory Authority (ERA) on February 23, 2022, while the result was scheduled to be declared on February 25, 2022. However, the dates got postponed owing to the UP assembly elections in 2022.

Meanwhile, there are certain cut-off marks for the candidates to qualify for the exam. The candidates must score 90 points out of 150, which evaluates to 60% or higher. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC categories must receive 55% of the marks available, which equates to approximately 82 points out of 150.

Steps to download UPTET 2021 result

Step 1: Visit the official website updeled.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘UPTET Result 2021’ link available on the home page.

Step 3: Enter the credentials and click on submit

Step 4: UPTET result will be displayed on your screen

Step 5: Download the result for future reference

The UPTET certificate will be given to the candidates who will qualify for the UPTET exam, which will be available online. This certificate will serve as official proof for candidates seeking teaching positions in both public and private schools. Earlier its validity was 7 years, however, now it has been increased to a lifetime.
