New Delhi: The news of IAS officer Tina Dabi with fellow bureaucrat Pradeep Gawande took the internet by storm on Tuesday and has gone on to create a record of sorts by making the latter an ‘Instagram sensation’.
Tina Dabi is highly followed IAS officer on social media, however, his would-be husband has a limited presence. But, as the news of their engagement broke, hordes of people visited their Instagram profile and liked their photos. This in turn has also boosted the Instagram following of 2013 IAS officer Pradeep Gawande.
The Rajasthan Cadre office describes his Instagram account as a strictly personal account. Before he shared pictures with would-be wife Tina Dabi, he had had just about 3,000 followers.
But, within hours of couple announcing their marriage, his fan followed swelled to enormous levels. Latest screenshot of his Instagram account shows his followers have risen almost 8 times and now stand at 26,000 followers.
Lots of Congratulatory messages for IAS couple
Tina Dabi topped the IAS exams in 2015 while Gawande is three years senior to her. Both are getting married for the second time. Moments after they shared a loved-up picture of themselves on Instagram, congratulatory messages have started pouring in.
Age is no barrier in love.

Pradeep Gawande was a doctor before being selected for IAS. He is reportedly 13 years older than Tina. Both were seeing each other for four months prior to the announcement of their wedding, said reports.
Dabi first hit the headlines in 2015, when she topped the Civil Services exam. Her marriage with 2nd topper Athar Aamir Khan became the national talking point, however, their marriage was short-lived and the couple got divorced in 2021.
