New Delhi: Aamir Khan, the renowned Bollywood actor, has recently announced his next project as a producer. Aamir Khan Productions, his production company, will be financing Raj Kumar Santoshi’s upcoming film, titled Lahore 1947. The movie will star Sunny Deol in the lead role.

The film is set against the backdrop of the Indian partition in 1947 and will portray the events that took place in Lahore, Pakistan. It will be directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, who is known for his work in the Bollywood industry. Aamir Khan has expressed his excitement about the project and has stated that he is looking forward to working with Sunny Deol. He has also praised Raj Kumar Santoshi’s work and is confident that the film will be a success. Lahore 1947 is expected to go into production soon and is slated for a release in 2023.
