New Delhi: Swara Bhasker, a Bollywood actress, surprised everyone last night when she announced her marriage to political activist Fahad Ahmad. Photos and videos from their engagement and official marriage have leaked on the internet since the Veere Di Wedding star made the big revelation. Messages of congratulations and warm wishes have been flooding in for the newlyweds, and Kangana Ranaut is the next star to jump on board.
The actress and the current bride have a close bond because they co-starred in Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015).
Swara Bhasker took to Twitter today morning to share a couple more images from her small wedding with Ahad Ahmad at the marriage registrar’s office. She praised the Special Marriage Act, which allows people to love and find a soul mate, in the caption. Kangana Ranaut responded by writing a heartfelt note. “You both look happy and blessed, that’s God’s Grace… marriages happen in the hearts, the rest are formalities,” the Queen star remarked.

Swara stated on Thursday that the two met at a rally and their routes kept meeting until they became lovers. They continued to meet at rallies and demonstrations. Their first selfie was taken at a demonstration as well.
Kangana will be seen in her latest movie, ‘Emergency,’ as former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. She would also be seen in the upcoming film ‘Tejas’ as an Air Force pilot. She has recently updated her social media handle that the shooting has been concluded.
