New Delhi: The anticipation surrounding Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial venture, “Animal,” has reached a fever pitch. Starring a stellar cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri, this film has been a hot topic among Bollywood enthusiasts.
Back in June, the film’s creators treated fans to a pre-teaser, offering a glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor taking on a group of masked assailants. Following this sneak peek, audiences eagerly awaited the official teaser, and they won’t have to wait much longer. The makers have announced that the teaser for “Animal” is set to drop on September 28th, which coincides with Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday.
In addition to this exciting news, a fresh poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor has been unveiled. In the poster, the actor is impeccably dressed in a blue suit, donning dark sunglasses. With long, tousled hair and a rugged appearance, Ranbir Kapoor exudes a captivating charm. The poster also confirms the teaser’s release date, inviting fans to witness his intensity on September 28th at 10 a.m. The caption accompanying the poster reads, “He is elegant…He is Wild…You will see his rage on September 28th. #AnimalTeaserOn28thSept.”
Notably, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor’s partner, couldn’t contain her admiration for his striking look. She took to social media to express her appreciation, writing, “Oh hi!” accompanied by an exclamation mark and a boom emoji. Clearly, Alia was captivated by Ranbir’s sophisticated yet rugged appearance in the new poster.
Last week, the Pinkvilla team had exclusively revealed that “Animal,” produced by Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani, is preparing to launch a two-month-long promotional campaign starting on September 28th. A source close to the film’s development disclosed, “The teaser is a work in progress, and the plan is to release it on RK’s birthday. A rough cut has already been locked, and it is currently in post-production for the finishing touches. If everything proceeds as expected, fans can anticipate an epic teaser on Ranbir’s birthday.”
The promotional campaign for “Animal” will kick off on Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday, followed by a series of content releases leading up to the film’s premiere on December 1st. This project marks Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s second Hindi directorial effort after the success of the 2019 film “Kabir Singh,” which starred Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani.
